Scavenger Hunt Week 2

Hot Diggity Blog! That’s the theme of this weeks scavenger hunt! The answers to all the questions can be found on our blog! (Hint: There is one question for each month in 2007!)

1. Which teacher created a page dedicated to her new year’s resolutions?
2. What color are the walls in Christie’s scrapbook room?
3. Which company came and taught an awesome class in October?
4. Which of our teachers had a new grandbaby join her family in September, and what was her grandbaby’s name?
5. Which of our teachers was a member of a group called “Anti-Marriage for Right Now” in 1995? (Hint: You’ll need to look at the pictures in a post about journaling to figure this one out!)
6. Which of our teacher’s shared a fabulous mother’s day project idea?
7. Who shared an awesome recipe for friendship sugar cookies?
8. Check out the slide show from our Hot Summer Open House! Who does the baby belong to? (Bonus points if you name the baby!)

12. Inspiration can come from anywhere (even a Target ad!), find the ad and tell us what yummy fruit is featured. (P.S. You can find this ad posted twice in two different months!)

E-mail your answers to Amber (bloominmemories@gmail.com).  Don’t post them on the blog!  Please put Scavenger Hunt Week #2 in the subject line.  You don’t want to give the answers to everyone else.  You have until midnight on Sunday the 3rd of February.  Next Monday I'll draw the winner of our prize (see photo at right) & put up the next questions.

Think you know everything about All My Memories? We’re going to put you to the test with our awesome month-long challenge.

Over the course of the next 4 weeks, there will be a total of 40 questions (10 per week) asked on our blog. The answers to ALL of these questions can be found by navigating our website, our blog, and the blogs of our AWESOME teachers!

Thank you GTU for sharing your video!  I love going on this program.  The hosts are fantastic as well as the producers and the rest of the crew are also top notch!  Thanks guys for letting me come on again!

Nicea says she's not "crafty", but she did a great job!  This is a fun program to watch (even when I'm not on).  If you are local be sure to tune in, if you are not ... they offer video of all their projects for your enjoyment!

I really like how these both turned out.  In fact, I wanted to save them for my CK Hall of Fame entry (I've been talked into it).  I hope you like them as much!

 

If you download the instructions, you'll have all the info. you need to finish these pages. 

Computer Tips:  If you would like to use the same techniques I used in my photo on the February page, follow these instructions provided in the January CK:

1. Open your photo and duplicate it onto a second layer.
2. Change the bottom layer to black and white or desaturate it.
3. Add a digital frame above the color photo layer.
4. Cut away the portion of the photo that is outside the frame to reveal the black and white photo.

Basic Grey Day - March 14, 2008

From early in the morning to late at night come learn all about Basic Grey!  Basic Grey make-n-takes available all day!  Cost: $1.50

• 1st Make-n-take design from 9 am - 12 pm
• 2nd Make-n-take design from 1 - 3 pm
